Website Privacy Policy
Effective October 8, 2026. This policy covers this website, including our ad landing pages. Killua Energy Inc. ("Killua Energy", "we") is a California contractor (CSLB #1096633) at 2224 N Fine Ave #105, Fresno, CA 93727.
Our text messaging programs have their own policies: Killua Solar and Killua Roofing. Those policies govern any text messages we send you.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms: name, phone, email, property address, whether you own the home, the service you want, and anything you tell us about your bill, roof, solar system or car.
- How you reached us: the ad campaign codes in the link you clicked (such as utm codes and Google, Meta or TikTok click IDs), the first page you visited, and the site that referred you.
- Your consent record: whether you agreed to calls and texts, the exact wording you agreed to, and when.
- Technical data: your IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider logs with every request.
Cookies and ad tags
Analytics and advertising tags load when you visit. A banner on your first visit lets you turn them off, and you can opt out any time with the controls below.
- Needed: remembers your cookie choice, holds the ad campaign codes from the link you clicked for the length of your visit, and notes that you sent a request so the thank-you page counts it once.
- Analytics and lookups (unless you opt out): Google Analytics counts visits and pages. Address lookup sends the street you type to Google so it can suggest a match.
- Advertising (unless you opt out): the Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel and Google Ads tag measure whether our ads led to a request, and may let those companies use your visit to show you ads. Unless you opt out of advertising, when you send a request our server also tells Meta and TikTok that a request came in, with your email address scrambled (hashed) so they can match it to the ad. We never send them your phone number.
You can change your choice any time with . If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out of advertising tags.
How we use it
- To call, text or email you about the estimate or service you asked for, if you agreed to that.
- To schedule visits and do the work.
- To see which ads and pages bring in requests, so we spend less on the ones that do not.
- To keep the records that licensing and warranty rules require.
Who we share it with
- Service providers: the companies that host this website and run our customer database, phones and email. Their contracts limit what they may do with it.
- Ad platforms (Meta, TikTok and Google) unless you opted out of advertising, as described above. Under California law this can count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- When the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
We do not sell your information for money.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Your California rights
California residents can ask what personal information we hold about them, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of its sale or sharing. We will confirm who you are before acting on it, and you can have an authorized agent ask for you.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not become a job are kept for up to two years. Customer and project records are kept as long as warranties run and licensing and tax rules require.
Children
This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
